Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NiLa client portal at portal.nilastrategy.com(the “Portal”), operated by NiLa Digital Strategy (“NiLa”). The Portal is provided to NiLa’s clients by invitation. By accessing it you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & access
- The Portal is invite-only; you may use it only with an account NiLa provisions for you.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- Don’t share access, attempt to access other clients’ data, or disrupt the service.
Connected accounts
You may connect Google and Instagram to display your analytics. You authorize NiLa read-only access to the relevant metrics for that purpose. You can disconnect at any time from the Metrics page. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
Billing
Invoices and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Fees, schedules, and terms are as agreed in your engagement with NiLa. Taxes may apply.
Content & data
You retain ownership of the business data, documents, and connected-account metrics associated with your account. You grant NiLa the right to process this data to operate the Portal and deliver your services. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service & disclaimers
- The Portal is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Metrics are sourced from third-party platforms (Google, Meta) and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by those platforms.
- To the extent permitted by law, NiLa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Portal over time; material changes will be reflected here. Either party may end the engagement per your agreement with NiLa; on termination your Portal access ends and you may request data deletion (see Data Deletion).
