Data Deletion
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This page explains how to delete your data from the NiLa client portal (portal.nilastrategy.com), including data obtained from connected Google and Instagram (Meta) accounts.
Disconnect a connected account (self-service)
To revoke our access to your Google or Instagram data immediately, open the Portal’s Metrics page and click Disconnect on the relevant integration. This deletes the stored access tokens so we can no longer read that account. You can also revoke access from your Google account permissions or your Facebook Business Integrations.
Request full deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and profile.
- Connected-account access tokens (Google, Instagram) and the metrics snapshots derived from them.
- Documents and creative stored for your account.
- Engagement data (tasks) associated with your account.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes; these are deleted when no longer required. Payment records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe’s retention policies.
